Physician Assistants (PA) are healthcare professionals trained to provide diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive health care services in all health specialties. They work closely with doctor to perform their work by means of reviewing the patient’s history, conducting basic examinations, giving treatment and counselling patients as per their needs. Physician Assistants work in different departments in hospitals such as Out-Patient Units, In-Patient Units, Operation Theatres, Catheterization Labs, Cardiac Care Units, Intensive Care Units, Organ Transplant Units, Reproductive Medicine, General Medicine, ENT, Nephrology, Urology, Gastroenterology, Paediatrics, Geriatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Radiation Therapy Unit and Nuclear Medicine, Orthopaedics and Emergency Care.

Candidate must have passed 10th / +2 / Higher Secondary / Intermediate with Biology or Botany or Zoology.
